So, how do we do it? Here is the simple breakdown

We are experts at selling homes, Lease-To-Own, Lease Purchase, or with Owner Financing. These are simple agreements where our buyer’s make monthly payments towards the purchase of their home, for a predetermined period, and at a predetermined price. A down payment is required for every home we sell and is fully credited off of the purchase price at the time of financing.

 

What distinguishes us from others is our ability and flexibility to custom-make the terms and conditions to fit each buyer’s financial criteria and wherewithal. We have tremendous experience putting together creative terms to ensure your success.

 

Even those with significant credit challenges can become credit qualified and mortgage ready within 12 to 24 months. If you have a reasonable down payment, regardless of your credit history, we can work with you to get you into a home of your own.

We work with all buyers, and if you can afford one of our inventory homes, we can structure a purchase plan custom-tailored to you. We have a simple pre-application process you can start here. This pre-application will not ask for your social security number, and your credit will not be pulled at all.




How Does the Buying Process Work?


Buying utilizing our PInk Purchase Plan® is a straightforward way to buy a home if you can't walk into a bank and qualify today. Easy steps toward the path of homeownerhsip

  2. Locate a home that you like!
  3. Please fill out the contact form at the property to reach our local sales affiliate
  4. To expedite this process, you can visit the pre-application page here
  5. Our local affiliate will call you to give you an overview of our program and the backstory on the home you're interested in.
  6. Visit the home and make sure you love it!
  7. Next step is an in-house consultation with a recap of the program and walkthrough of the home.
  8. Simple paperwork, we have straightforward paperwork, and our local affiliate will help craft your offer on the home with you.
  9. Submit your offer and enter into our Pink Purchase Program®
    You will receive a consultation call from a third-party mortgage readiness team, and from that call, we will develop your blueprint to becoming a homeowner.
  10. Flexibility allows us to have quick closings and get you keys to your new home, and as we like to say "live happily ever after."




How Does The Selling Process Work?


We have flexibility in how we sell our inventory homes. We partner with great homeowners like you and deliver a successful sales process that will help you recognize the most profit for your sale.

  2. Your home's Pink Value starts with a hand-crafted valuation created by our market specalists. Next, we add alternative savings and profit-creating sales strategies that will show you the most profitable way of selling in today's market.
  3. Next step is to have a local affiliate come out to your home and meet you. We are a little old-fashioned, we like to meet face-to-face and build a strong relationship with our homeowners.
  4. We will have an in-house consultation with you and deliver you a sales plan that gives you a confident solution to selling your home.
  5. Next step is to authorize our simple agreement that allows us to partner with you and deliver the solutions we planned. One of the most attractive things about this program is that there is no contract. You can cancel our agreement at any time for any reason without cause. If you have a change in your life, we will not hold you up at all. We love transparency, and we just ask if you do choose to cancel that you share with us any mistakes we made, so we can continue to get better!
  6. Next step is taking your home to market, locating our buyer and crafting your custom offer.
  7. We will present that offer to you, and you have 100% approval rights on any deal and any buyer that is presented to you.
  8. When you approve of the buyer, we have a streamlined, quick closing process.
